The Mainland Valuation Services headquarters is located in the Kansas City metro area. We also occupy a satellite office in Joplin, Missouri. Mainland firm members over the past many years have served clients and properties in virtually every state through the Midwest including Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, Arizona, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Tennessee, Minnesota and South Dakota.
